Flashback or Dream Transition - Adobe Premiere Pro Tutorial

In this adobe premiere pro tutorial, we will be learning to make flashback transition effect or dream transition effect in a very simple and easy way.
We will be using an effect called wave warp and camera blur effects to generate this effect.

01:30 - click on empty timeline area to unselect all, then on right keyboard press minus sign "-" and type 20, hit "Enter". Timeline ruler will be on 20 frames back. Same with "+".

very nice. After applying the vatious effects, could you re-split the nested sequence in the middle right at the transition, and then do a dissolve between the clips? I'll give that a try and see how it works. Thx!

awesome vid, really helped me out! id also recommend adding a film dissolve transition between the two clips before nesting them to help smooth the transition between the two videos a bit more :)
