Dani olmo is very versatile. He can play anywhere across the midfield . He certainly is a goalscoring midfielder . Now some will say well we have fermin, well fermin does not bench him at spain and thats because he is not better than olmo . We need leaders and fermin is not as yet . Leaders take the pressure of young players. Also, rotation is necessary as we will be fighting for all trophies . So we have depth with quality . Olmo will be playjng in the wings and fermin will get enough playing time . I trust in flick and he trusts youth.

The problem with Barcelona fans is the lack of vision to see far. If you truly look at the Real Madrid bench, it's full of first team players. The season is long the games are many. Club level like Laga, king's cup, champion's league, and international games for countries level. Then you have fatigue and injury that hurts the players at the end of the season because you don't have many capable players on the bench. You always run to the academy players which is a gamble. Madrid, Man City, Bayern all have enough first team players on the bench. Dani Olmo is very versatile and very creative. I don't understand why you keep saying he's not a good signing. Yes he's and you will see. We have many midfielders but they keep getting injured because we over use them. I am very happy we didn't lose Olmo to Man City or Liverpool...

I think that barca will continue selling players, such as torres, inigo, gundo, i don't know but nothing is done yet.

So u asked why we bought olmo and even though i agree a bit, i still think that they decided to sell either gundo or dejong cause of their wages and that they still can make money, so substituting them with olmo is not a sporting thing but moreover a financial thing as de jong makes 37m salary and gundo - 20, while olmo came for 11m. Also club can make 60m in fdj and 25 in gundo, so that money is needed for the other positions while their places will be secured by the lamasia and olmo, Which seems fine and i hope that all happens this way.

My take on this olmo's deal is that barca should have completed the signing of left winger and registration before thinking of buying buying olmo .
I dont mind if each wing has 3 players, after all am not the one to be benched among them the whole season.

The signing of Dani Olmo it's an important addition as we all know that our midfielders are injury prones and also he can play wherever in attack.
