We have a Tesla factory here where I live and it’s virtually impossible to get a foot in the door as competition is so high. They must be doing something right by their employees.

I used to work for the UAW. They treated us very good most days but then stabbed us all in the back. We paid union dues and when push came to shove, they didnt show. You couldn't pay me enough to work for em again or get a union job.
