Omg I make all these mistakes!!! Thanks so much for this video!! For someone with a tendency to lower back soreness, is it best to do donkey kicks on forearms or hands?

It hurt doing it the wrong way. It still hurts doing it the right way lol. Donkey Kicks are so unnatural.
