I would many questions to follow up on this workflow video, but I think I need to see this process with examples (actual designs) as well as actual real-life scenarios.

If every functionality/section of a product lives in a separate file, then how do you test user flows crossing multiple features?
What do you do when a feature gets an update? Do you go to another file to update it there as well? You've never mentioned a components library which is a huge part of this whole puzzle!

But I can see a huge potential in this system, thank you!

This was incredibly helpful for me to wrap my head around how to manage our team's design files. I've been creating design files based on sprint or release, and had the features/workflows nested as different pages within that file, but it always seems to get muddled up as features get reprioritized and moved around. Building per feature files seems like the way to go.

Lovely Video tutorial ! Can this be used for App design UI Projects? If so, how would we go about it starting from the project file up till project archives. Thanks !

Thanks for this video, it was super insightful. I'd like to know more about how you go from your working file to your archive file. It sounded as though you were creating new pages in the archive and copy/pasting frames from the working file over into it?

Have you found any other ways of 'moving' pages from a working file to an archive file? I find that i have so many frames on the one page, and multiple pages of 'sandbox' iterations, that copy and pasting would take forever!

What is the general hierarchy within Figma file setup?

is it TEAM > Projects > Design Files?
i know there is also the option to create "sections" in the left menu area. So not clear..
