Still doesn't fix the problem, all it takes is one nut case with intent to do harm. This allows you to get notice but so does a cell phone, and this allows you to see what's happening, but where is the action to stop what's happening. LEO response time? It sounds very unlikely one of the highest crime areas in the United States would have one of the safest schools. Whoever conducted that survey must have spent the night before drinking and didn't feel like like working so this school must have been near the top of the list.
