This Pluto II RAF Akrotiri, Cyprus 25 Hz OHR is quite common into all of Australia via nF2 during the afternoon and early evening. The frequency used on a delayed basis depends on the F2 MUF. I've not seen it higher than 35 MHz so far this solar cycle.
