Shuofang and Anding being right next to each other allowed me to propel my Zheng Jiang campaign all the way to Bandit Queen after taking Chang'an (just because I thought that'd be neat x) ). I updated both to an Anarchic Imperial City and just farmed the rebels for infamy every turn. Too bad I'm now at war with half of China through the event. And that seems a bit tedious. I'll just consider this critical mass and start over. Your guides made this possible, thanks!

This video got me making over 150k per turn with 100 satisfaction and 120% tax rate in my Yan Baihu campaign. Ended up winning with over 1.5 mil gold in the bank. Thanks for the video and keep up the amazing content!

one small mistake: ports have spice boosting option, not silk.

I feel like it's such poor game design by the devs that optimal builds involve cheesy things like letting an AI upgrade things or the fact that you can only get silk and spice if you don't convert the building, even though the bandits do get silk and spice from certain reforms.


The bandit rework is so much fun in theory, but in practice it just ends up almost frustrating how much things you can completely break with them. Like, if I can get an advantage I wanna use it, but that doesn't mean I agree with it being in the game.

Lv 7 towns aren't really that hard to maintain btw.
Actually with a few ancillaries you can even maintain a max level city or two.

I don't know why they did bandits so dirty, it takes a lot of fun from the game.
Building tall in really fun in 3Ks.

Haven't played bandits since eight princes release, feels like a bit of a loss that bandits don't seem to transition into a proper imperial dynasty when they're kingdom sized.

Would you say this guide is still totally up to date? I think it's time to try Zheng Jiang's unbreakable armies

They still need to fix that been able to have a small regional city and keep all your level five building and then down Grade them

That 31K income in just one commandery is insane. I always thought bandit struggle with their income in my Zheng Jiang Playthrough. How do you maintain the loot meter though?

Hi, I know it's quite old video, but at 9:18 you talk about granting independence to administrator and creating vassals. I play as Yellow Turbans but I don't see this option in Court. Isn't i available for them? I would love to recreate other Yellow Turbans factions as they got smashed early and their leaders are now part of my court.

I dont know how you survive without the mustering ground, without it it takes like 7 turns to replenish your armies. Bandits have no other way of increasing replenishment other than the occasional item.

What a silly system. Gettingcommerz boost by your charakters or armies in a tw game. To build a charakter or army u never wanne move. Should be in a building. This is stuff i realy do not like in that game with the none hanfaktions and the army teleport remustering. It does not feel good to play this, because u have to think a round the courner use ur brain just to get money like the others and this should be a war game.
