What if the police makes you sign a confession

But the court arrest a person for this confession. And also refuse bail if the charge is serious. Therefore signing such a confession is a serious legal livability. Unless you have lots of money to go to higher court.

Is voluntary statement given by the accused drafted by his advocate in IPC376 admissible as evidence? The accused atleast accepted he came to the victim's flat on the night of the incident. We strongly suspect police are favoring the accused and not collecting any CDR or tower details. Court is not admitting our Crpc91 stating investigation is under progress. How to make sure police collects CDR abd tower details of the accused and the victim? If during trial the accused denies giving any statement to the police then what needs to be done?

Blank signature is obtained. Under the law of evidence is admissible. Narcotic drug excise custom officer is admissible. Statutory provision. Move an application for the retraction of that application. Send an email to concerned police. If any statement recorded by police is inadmissible.
