Im doing my first cook on the new Weber Smoke Fire pellet grill smoker. I smoking the ribs first at 225 degrees for an hour, then 275 for the second hour, then I will remove them and crank the grill to 375 to finish the ribs and grill the chicken.

Thank you so much for this awesome video. Was wondering what kind of seals you use on the WSF Lid on left, bottom, right. Do you have a link for buying that seal. How thick. How wide.

How strong was smoke flavor on your ribs?

Do you know how their smoke levels from WSF compares to Wood Chunks on charcoal.

I think WSF is pending a Smoke Boost firmware update to give higher smoke flavor levels
