This is a nice review of the Nikon D90. Your channel is interesting because you review older cameras and bring them back to life. There is still a lot of potential in the D90 and other older Nikons.

Back in 2021 One of my images in a juried gallery show that got an Honorable Mention was taken years before with my D90 and IIRC a telephoto kit lens. I got a lot of great images with that camera. Some of those images were turned into 16x20 photo canvas prints.

Great pictures proving these older DSLRs can produce images that still look wonderful. I have the D90 and for how cheap they are coupled with a nice prime lens you can’t go wrong! Subscribed, nice video!

The D90 was my first DSLR. I moved to full frame a couple of years later and then to mirrorless but I still have the 50 mm f1.8D lens I bought with it. I have fond memories of using the D90.

Just managed to get my hands on one from a dealer for £129 (approx $150) in mint condition, still boxed, warranty, and only 3, 000 clicks. Who needs anything more. I used a D80 for years and it is still going strong and proved to be a workhorse with 85, 00 clicks on it after using it for Graduation photography. I agree totally with user Roy Cronsell - best DSLR camera made and feels like a proper camera.

Is it problem if camera wasnt used for 10 years and should i buy it? its selling with nikon16-85mm VR lens. Is it enough for portrait and landscape/street photography. Does anyone have a recommendation for a wildlife lens for the d90?

Hello! I haven't seen anywhere if the D90 body has optical stabilization. I have seen that many lenses have VR, but the 35mm and 50mm lenses do not have VR. What do we do in shooting with these lenses, if the body does not have optical stabilization? You can't use the tripod when you're in a hurry to capture an opportune frame. Thank you in advance!
