I am 45 years old. For about 30 years I've been listening to heavy metal and its subgenres. It's impressive. Nothing, absolutely nothing that was recorded or that is recorded surpasses: "Ride the Lightning", "Master of Puppets" and "... and justice for all". They are eternal albums. In 100 years when they talk about heavy metal, I'm sure these 3 albums will be cited as a reference. Metallica is the greatest metal band in history.

Metallica makes me emotional for some reason. I always knew who they were, knew some songs, but the way I've become so obsessed these last few months, got tickets to their show in LA, went to the album screening. I even saw Blackened whisky in a store this weekend and bought it... I feel captured by their intensity at this stage in their career.
