the half moon was trickly, but I guess my classical ballet training helped me focus on my core energy extending outwards (that and modern dance groundedness) really worked. I really like this sequence! Please make more advanced video sequences! :) Keep the challenges coming!

Try focusing where your weight is on your foot, and shift around a bit to see what works, for me it being really grounded in the center of the ball of my foot and the arch (keeping ankle stable). Also..I figured the bound half moon pose by keeping a tight belly, and focusing on my strength -from belly- outward EQUAL directions out and up really helps! Let me know if this helps! good luck!! :)

How long does it generally take for people to reach this stage?

I can do the bind when in a lunge, but I lose it the moment my feet start to come together! Pretty much everything else I can do but that bind twist is just so dang difficult for me! I have really short arms so maybe that's why?

Checking back in after doing this routine for a few months. Wondering if anyone can help. I STILL cannot get the bound half moon pose. I can do a regular half moon just fine, but I just can't seem to figure out how to do it bound. I get to the bound lunge and the moment my back foot leaves the floor I get "stuck" partway there and fall over. Any tips?

you can be this flexible and strong at least 6months (or so) of almost everyday yoga practice :))

Whenever I stand for that long for balancing poses on one leg, my foot starts to tingle and my hamstrings tend to burn. What am I doing wrong?

I noticed that she has her feet flat when she does downward dog.... Is that just for a deeper stretch?

as i was doing this the video kept buffering... this routine is incredibly hard, even more so when you wait five minutes for the next ten seconds to play... =)
