Just called a Tantra Massage and Yoga place for massage and asked if he had knowledge of how to move energy after kundalini opened and he said, "Tantra means a combo of massage techniques to bring you to bliss". I asked so are you aware of energy? His answer, "No, I have no training in that at all".

My perception, My view
Swadishthana chakra (in English - Sex chakra) is about self - love and self - esteem, self- worth. To love other we have to love ourself. There has to be harmony between partner at deeper level to experience Sex which is a matter of mindfulness. I think that’s what Tantric sex is about if to see it from sexuality angle. But it is not about only sex. Being an Indian and hearing spiritual gurus that’s what I think!!! But physical connect has references….!!!???

Tantra is not fully about secs. I get it. But thats the first thing that humans need . Without secsual fulfilment humans wont focus on other aspects of tantra. So tantra focusing on sex is more needed than anything else in this porn filled world.
