I just tried peppermint oil and tea tree oil to moisturise my scalp while my hair is a protective hairstyle which is box braids my favourite hair styles and a wear a bonnet and take iron supplements and vitamin D supplements and a drink a lot of water and exercise and rest these are things that grow my relaxed hair also I don’t relax my hair often that’s what helped my relaxed hair to grow 😊

I'm a man so I feel like two tablespoons of my carrier oil "jojoba" is to much? I put a drop of peppermint and a few drops of rosemary and mix it. Then I use a q tip to make sure I'm putting it on my scalp and not on my hair then massage it in. Is the two tablespoons of carrier more so for women since they grow their hair longer?
