After WWII, the CCP in China gained the upper hand over Jiang Kai-shek and the GMD party. To secure more aid and weapons from the US, Jiang Kai-shek and the GMD made several deals with the US, such as allowing both countries to have free flights in each other's airspace and allowing navigation of ships in each other's inland rivers. The deals sounded good for both countries on the equal bases. The problem was that China had no planes to fly to the US and no ships to sail in US rivers, but the US could fly in Chinese skies and let its warships travel freely in China’s rivers.
Fortunately for China, the CCP, led the Chinese people, took just three years to completely drive Jiang Kai-shek, the GMD, and their army out of mainland China. Meanwhile, the Indian people remain asleep
