Hey Joby, Recently I got one of your Gorilla pod SLR Zoom and the legs came off right away and not its loose for when im vlogging.So im wondering can you send me a SLR Zoom gorilla pod cheaper then you have it now because when I opened the box the legs broke right away. I recently got this, and I’m still trying to figure out how to work the Bluetooth button. I really like it and I know as soon as I figure the button then it’ll be smooth sailing. I’ve been googling around, but still don’t have a clear picture. Do I have to take off the phone case or download an app?

Amazing device - Bad customer service company.
I was a happy owner of a GripTight PRO Telepod that we used to create some of our video and photography content, unfortunately, a few days ago our Telepod had an issue with the pole that goes up and down and now does not work properly.

We were looking to repair it and we contacted Joby to get some advice just to get a disappointing answer: Sorry we can not help you...

The device was amazing and we use it for more than a year but Joby's customer service really SUCKS!

It's a shame that we had to trash it and purchase the MT-16 from Ulanzi.
