You can be wealthy with low income if you start investing early. My question is he mentioned he made quite alot of money early on, so has he always made 40k or is he just making 40k now? Plus how old is he sounds like 50s maybe 60s?

It can be done, it just takes a ton of discipline. You’re having little to no fun for a lot of years. Or you can do what I did, eliminate as much overhead as possible: no wife, no kids. I’m having a ball! Hahahahaha!!

I'm happy for this guy. No mortgage or rent is a deal changer. An average 20 year old kid making 40k can't afford to buy or rent, electric, water bill, gas bill, phone bill. INFLATION is also at a 30 year high.

We are like Robert .We paid our house off in May and have been giving away money to everyone.He’s right when you have no payments you cane help others out.Our House is 18 years old and we are slowly fixing it up with cash .GODblessed us with House and no major problems along the way as we paid it off .My only hiccup was new knee and new hip that set me back since we self employed so our healthcare’s not cheap
