This worked 100%. This info should have been in the remote user manual to save me the frustration it took trying to pair the units. But, glad it all works in the end.

And if skylight is 15' off the floor, any other way to reset?

Our skylight does not have these two holes to press. And I am not able to reset it. On the remote it says "Auto SET-UP" and "failed" below

My window has opened and will not close; the remote control shows error code 1032; the reset of the whole unit does not work. Suggestions?

My manual says to turn-off the power to the skylight and then use the remote to detect it. However, that is not working. Everything was fine earlier, but I left the remote unused over the winter and the battery got drained and it lost the previous registrations. Now I have to try to use a ladder to get there!

Tried this and one of the skylights barely moves, the other one doesn't do anything. it did work on one though. how do i fix the other ones?
