Python Computer Vision -- Transfer Learning With Tensorflow #1

In this video, I will show you how to use Tensorflow to do transfer learning.
Transfer learning is using a pretrained-model and making some adjustments to the end layers to make the model work with custom data.

The model we will use is Inception V3.
