R STAHL linear fluorescent luminaire EXLUX 6001

The new range of linear fluorescent luminaires offers a number of interesting novelties. EXLUX 6001 and EXLUX 6009 are the first linear fluorescent luminaires that have been tested and approved for Zone 1/21 in hazardous areas pursuant to standard IECEX 60079-0 (as at 2007-10).

R. STAHL has completely revised its luminaire concept to offer you a modern and safe illumination. The objective of this development is a stable and robust system for long-lasting application. Thanks to the highly efficient optics in the luminaire cover, the EXLUX 6001 offers optimum illumination.
Standard through wiring for easy installation should be especially emphasized. Furthermore, maintenance work is much easier, as the electronic ballast (EB) is mounted directly to the reflector plate. The technician removes the complete plate and can then work conveniently in front of his body instead of having to work arduously above his head. Thus, mounting and maintenance will be an easy task.

The emergency luminaire EXLUX 6009 features an external EB and stands out due to its automatic self-tests. Every eight days, the function of the device, the lamp and the battery is tested. Additionally, every 12 months, an automatic light duration test is carried out.

Both luminaires - EXLUX 6001 and EXLUX 6009 - are excellently suited for industries like oil & gas, offshore, refineries, the chemical industry and also for distilleries and the food industry.
