Absolutely amazing as I too went through similar and for the longest time I suffered from asthma and even when I wasn't having an attack I felt my breathing was shallow to the point of forcing myself to try breathing deeper, but it always felt constricted. I went through talking to myself as you were speaking with her and I was able to breathe again without constriction! Thank you so much for helping her and inadvertently helping me as well.

Wow! This was really meant for me to watch. I'm glad Megan received some clarity and was able to get some relief from her trauma. That "lightness" that she felt afterward is a beautiful feeling. It's as if you are floating when you let go of trauma that has been weighing you down for years.

As the session was going on, I, too, revisited past trauma and received some clarity about the relationship with my father. Past events that I haven't thought about in years came up. What resonated with me the most is when you said her father was a flawed, imperfect person expecting and attempting to instill perfection in her. That has been the majority of my life but isn't anymore! To be able to retrieve your power back and know that you don't need the approval of anyone else and that you are FREE to be, do, or have whatever you desire is absolutely priceless.
