Good Samaritan helps Austin police officer

A man stumbled upon a struggle between an Austin police officer and a suspect and decided to step forward and help.

Often times you hear that it took 4 or 5 officers to subdue a suspect. That is cause they are not attempting to harm the suspect.

They should train officers not to jump in cars or on bikes when suspects try to flea unless absolutely necessary, it places the officer in unnecessary danger that often ends with the cop just shooting the guy
