I never thought I would be reviewing a screwdriver, but here I am doing just that. This is not a regular screwdriver though. Its the Fanttik NEX E1 MAX Precision Electric Screwdriver. We will be changing the thermal paste in my notebook to see how it works.

@Cyber CPU Tech If you touch and hold the screwdriver bit on the magnetizer versus "swishing" the bit around quickly, you have a better chance of magnetizing the bit. Great video review!

my wife got me the wowstick a couple years ago. i love it and use it every time i can. it even comes in handy for non tech stuff like knives and models. only negative thing is that it isn't usb type c.

Super looking screwdriver. I need an electric screwdriver, but most of them are too large and heavy for me. That looks light enough that I could actually use it.

Mine can with instructions, and in the instructions, it tells you how to magnetize the bits. The man who can read and does not, has no advantage over the man who cannot.

You should be using coffee filters for this, they don't have the ability to shed paper fibers.isopropyl alcohol for cleaning as well to get it perfectly clean.

Curious - Permanent magnetic bits etc are not hard to manufacture are they? I can't remember any magnet I ever bought not being permanent. Was a mechanic when young

Lack of reliably magnetic tips kind of kills it for me. :( The magnetizers don't seem to work very often for me with my tool kits. The most annoying part is holding the microscopic chameleon screws, not so much the turning.

What happens when they all fall out ... Is there a guide to put them back in the correct spot or just use the illustration at the bottom? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Have you ever tested the iFixIt electric screwdriver? I wonder how it compares to this one.

Is quality thermal past much like various grades of Loctite? Real curious on this. Thanks

Would this be good for moding gameboys because I don't want to strip anything if I am moding a gameboy?
And does it have tri wing bits?

Just stick A small Neodymium Magnet on the bit, It'll keep the bit magnatized as long as its on it

Since it's a direct die, wouldn't you get better thermals using Thermal Grizzly's liquid metal, rather than the thermal paste?
