I'm failing right now... in school, in friendships and life in general. Some of the people whom I know have realized that I'm failing and they didn't think twice about actually telling me that I am a failure.
And although that sucks, about 11 or 12 months from now, with the hard necessary work, I'm gonna succeed, I know I will. And once I've done that, I'll pour myself a glass and smoke a cigarette while listening to this song and reading this very comment.

I found Jonathan’s incredible song and video when I started learning and recovering from being the family scapegoat for 50+, long years. This song was and is so empowering for me, I can’t say enough…
Today I decided to do a mild, therapeutic experience. I love Shiitake mushrooms, anyone else? Anyway, at the peak of my mild, therapeutic experience, this song popped into my head with a GO- LISTEN-NOW sense of urgency. I left the guided experience video and OMG – Good call! “Always go with it, ” they say, “don’t resist.”
I sobbed happy joy, I smiled, I sang along like no one was listening-hands in the air, I pounded my chest for strength, I listened to it eyes closed for about 3 rounds and somewhere in there, I felt a strong presence of my deceased sister. She was also scapegoated and died too early at 40. I immediately told her I felt her. I spoke to her out loud. I cried loads more joyful tears. It and felt like we were together again, in spirit, I felt and accepted the strength of two into my heart while listening to this song. A truly wonderful experience.
Coming back from my experience I decided to find a video with lyrics to read along. The first one was a little annoying as there were so many missed lyrics. I searched and found this one. The first and second go through I flinched on a few things, but o.k.. pretty good. The 3rd time through it hit me, the changes are introspective and meant to be that way, leaving all of this more about you/us and less about them. It’s crazy how many perspectives there are. The first time ever hearing it I thought Jonathon sang “Those nasty bees, keep tempting me…” In this one “Piece” is used which I interpreted POS in a spectrum of ways. Another interpretation is “those nasty fields which I also like.” Lord I love this song!
Thank you for this. Some of the lyrics applied I had no idea and they hit my heart like BAM, and made me cry.
