How to remove metal mollies from drywall

You don't have to damage a wall when removing a metal molly (wall anchor). Use needle-nosed players and pry directly under the retaining plate of the anchor. With just a small amount of prying you should be able to pop it off. After it pops off, you can push the remaining section into the wall.
