In this first episode of Advice from a Dying Guy, I open up about one of my biggest regrets — the words I never said, and why waiting to speak your heart is one of the most dangerous choices we make.

After being diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease), I’ve learned that time is not promised. This isn’t about being morbid — it’s about being real. If you’ve ever held back love, an apology, or a simple thank you… this is for you.

I don’t have all the answers. But I have perspective — and I’m sharing it one episode at a time.

My husband had ALS, I miss him daily. He accepted his diagnosis like a boss! He said "these are the cards i've been dealt with, and i'm going to live the rest of my life".
