Just an attention: cutting discs are made to cut on its radial edge direction and not on its face as displayed on grinding the drill. It is too dangerous use its face as displayed as it can brake on parts. Just replacing the disc by a rough disc / grinding disc will fix and avoiding accidents.

I just take my drill bits to the grinding wheel. Takes me maybe 45 seconds to do each one and I'm done. What you got going on there is nice but it's way too much work
