This happened to me when battling the fire Drake, Gravel Belly. I had freya with me, and the Runic summon: Steel Harmony equipped for her that deals bifrost and stun.
Once you open the door to start the fight back up, and use her runic summon just as it’s bursting through the door. The waves send it back and glitch it on top of the rubble where it then dies.

This also happened to me when I started spamming the Realm Shifts right before I killed him after god knows how many tries. The barrier around us collapsed and the lines triggered but boss music was still playing so I kept dodging thinking he was still around me.

This kind of thing happened to me when i fought that ice dragon in vanaheim, when it was flying, it got stuck on a wall and slowly descended and died from out of bounds damage
