I found it great how much you both defied each other’s expectations, while there still being a key difference in the focus with Matt’s on the drums and bass and yours on the melody. You can never quite predict where the creative mind will go, loved it!

Those "Horns" were dope on the 2nd one. The "Bass" was dope on the 1st. Gotta give the tiebreaker to Nathan with all the "Risers". It added that extra intensity.

11:06 i bet that was EXACTLY what he expected. so was i. great production as always. i think matt did a rookie mistake of focusing on the production more than the vocal. the vocal is THE thing.
