As a born and raised Arizonan- we have an abundance of incredible crab and shellfish. Most is imported in however there is still full supply of fresh sea life to eat if you know where to go (Asian markets are best), also seafood is a huge hit out here at most restaurants so idk what Peoria dude is talking about beyond his limited exposure to and pursuit for quality seafood.

Bruh I hate the new format of this season. “This is why I gave you that pin.” “I knew I saw something in you.” It almost feels as if they’re rooting their own horn than the chef… I understand some people like it but I miss the comments that said, “this is why YOU made it this far.” With all the comments in this current season, it screams, “IM the one who brought you here.” I liked it when the focus is on the individual rather than the multimillionaire chefs

Since farhan had rejected Gordon, he held this grudge against him all the time. Wish farhan had chosen him, he would have won the whole competition.

Gordon's crab Benedict looked like crap. I mean really it looked like some organ of a dead body after it turns yellow. It looked like regurgitated food. I mean aren't these his own words when someone else does it?
I mean where's the greens there's no pop of colours. It was looking great until he put that paprika on top. Man that ruined the look
