Thanks for your video! I am installing an accessory switch for Winch relay and looked at the typical fuse block spot on earlier years but no friggin panel. I agree with your verbal assessment of the change and having to use a 7mm socket....damn engineers could have put a simple mechanical latch or some simple knobs to unscrew for panel access...

I can’t stand my warlock! My first Dodge and I was born and raised by a Dodge Dad. The pos has 14, 000k miles on it and the battery or a fuse (hence why I want to make love to your video) has blown…but…I didn’t know I needed to be a qualified surgical fuse doctor or a f’n dodge mind reader in order to find the second simplest thing on a vehicle other than the mfer’ing gas cap!

You can change it with phillips head screws or hand tight types that would be easier and better .

I never screwed the panel back on. The 'Christmas Tree' clips are enough to keep the panel on and snug. btw with all do respect, if you are driving any vehicle without basic tools, that include a hex set you're just not paying attention to life.
