I know this was 10 years ago, but dang this is a lifesaver. My 10 gear old got thrown into pitching bc ours was out and never pitched a day in her life before. Coach wasnt much of a coach when it came to pitching. Just "hey get up there and give it a shot" needless to say she did alot of illegal pitches. But THIS is a gamechanger. Windup position is on point now. Anyways, THANKS!!!

I've loved softball for 2 years now but I've never played on an actual team. My mom is going to out me in the league and I'm so excited! But I'm 13 and most girls who play that are my age, have been playing since they were 5 or soo.. I'm pretty good at shortstop and 2nd but I really want to pitch. This video helped a lot with helping me pitch. Thanks and hopefully it'll make things easier when I start playing..

Drop ball short delivery batter up in the box . Long delivery batter is back in the box . The Slingshot delivery has all but disappeared, however Joan Joyce Raybestos Brakkettes was the best i ever witnessed, also Harvey sterkel Aurora Sealmasters slingshot released his rise ball about 10 inches from the ground he was 6ft 4 in. And 240 ilbs .

Back in the day, when I played ball, my absolute favorite pitch was my screw ball and I'm left handed. I love your video!! It reminds me of when I took pitching lessons a long time ago. 19 plus years and the muscle memory hasn't left me. I'm proud to teach other girls how to pitch.
