Great Camtasia tutorial. Well explained, great voice, good rythm. No annoying music in the background. I just upgraded to Camtasia 8. I'll come and watch this again many times for sure.

I use camtasia studio to edit screen recordings (recording my computer screen) & to edit video files from my regular video camera. And yes you can do all of the text adding and video editing with camtasia studio, you dont need windows movie maker. Everything you need to edit and do would be within camtasia.

hey great tutorial man! this version doesnt work on macs, right? what a pity..camtasia for mac 2.2 doesnt have all these features..

Same program, Camtasia Studio 8! Its called "callouts" at 03:21, just pick the red drawing arrow in the callout section

its probably your graphics cards, recording while gaming usually requires a very powerful pc. Unless there is some glitch im not aware of

Oh, Well I just used the presets shown in the video at the end when I go through the rendering process. Its .MOV format, and 1920X1080. I also record my videos on a 19020X1080 monitor of course. I checked the file it was actually 200MB, but I guess that's close enough. Those down-loaders reduce the quality.

It took TechSmith 8 official software versions over a course of 11 years to implement a decent transition system-- transitions that Windows Movie Maker were able to handle since year 2000.
People that have used Camtasia as extensively as I have, you know exactly what I'm talking about.
