Shaolin Temple Athens-雅典少林寺 ''World Tai Ji & Qi Gong Day 2015'' celebration in Greece.
On Saturday April 25th Shaolin Temple Athens-雅典少林寺, Greece, celebrated the annual event of "World Tai Ji and Qi Gond Day 2015".
At 9:30 Master Shi Yan Xiang (释延向), Master Alexopoulos Nikos and their desciples met at the Shaolin Temple Athens and together they headed to the Enviromental Awareness Park "Antonis Tritsis" where they practiced Chan meditation, Shaolin Qi Gong and Chen Tai Ji.
After Chan Meditation Master Yan Xiang talked about Shaolin ChanWuYi and guided the attendees through sitted Ba Duan Jin (坐八段锦), Yi Jin Jing( 易筋经 ), Xi Sui Jing (洗髓经) and Chen Tai Ji. Everybody relaxed and enjoyed the day with the beautifull weather. Amituofo!
