Epic Mumbai Street Food Part 2!! 🍛🥪

In this episode of my Mumbai street food adventure, I dive into some legendary vegetarian treats! I kicked off with the iconic Bombay Sandwich—crispy bread layered with fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes, cheese, and some magic powder, all toasted to perfection. The freshness of the veggies was a game-changer, though my brother wasn’t too happy with the ketchup addition!

Next up, we explored the sweet side with chic choc, a delightful vanilla ice cream chocolate cake with roasted nuts that was absolutely delicious. We then ventured to Mucchad Paan, where I was introduced to a surprisingly sweet paan, which was quite the calorie bomb, but the sexy sadha was quite succulent!

Finally, we wrapped things up with the famous Ashok Vada Pav. While I wasn’t a fan of the pav, the vada was amazing—crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor!

Right Place was the right choice. Just to give you some history here, they were amongst the pioneers of the Triangle Big Bread Grilled Sandwich in Mumbai sometime in late 1990's.

I'd recommending you try out Ram Ashraya in Matunga. It's a really budget friendly option if you're gonna do one of your 1000 rupee challenges & the food there is delicious

Try Kheema pav, Dabeli, masalas dosa, khebsa rice, Mughlai dishes, Chinese dishes, tandoori dishes like golden tandoori chicken and seek kebab and of course Parsi dishes in Mumbai. They are truly iconic!!
