Last year I was ranked the #1 leadership thinker in the world and the #1 executive coach in the world! My book Triggers was a #1 New York Times and Wall Street Journal best-seller, and Amazon listed two of my books on its Top 100 Leadership & Success Books to Read in a Lifetime list.

It’s time for me to give back.

My new project is called 15 Coaches. I’m going to teach 15 people everything I know, for free! It’s my chance to give back to others and to honor the many wonderful people, like Frances Hesselbein, Paul Hersey, Peter Drucker, Alan Mulally and more, who have helped me in my own life.

Things you should know:

1) It’s free!

3) All are welcome to apply! I will be selecting 15 individuals to participate.

4) Save the date: December 2-4, Phoenix. If you are selected, you will be invited to join me in Phoenix for a multi-day event with other world-renowned thought leaders.

5) Selected participants will get unlimited access in terms of teaching, coaching and me sharing everything I know with you.

6) When it’s your turn, you do the same thing with 15 other people.

7) Everyone who applies, whether you are chosen as one of the 15 or not, will receive free admission to my new webinar series in 2017!

Who should apply?

Everyone is welcome to apply! If you are an executive coach, if you are a teacher who teaches organizational behavior or leadership development, if you are a designer or writer, if you are a person who shares on the internet content related to what I do, helping successful people change behavior, I would love to have you send in an application.
