I've watched loads of routines trying to pick up tricks since I started doing aerial hoop. that was one of the best I've seen on You Tube. Your transitions are so fluid and the whole thing was hypnotising. Very jealous! On a side note... do you have any tips on how to do the Russian Mount? I keep getting stuck halfway up :)
