DEAR ITALY

Dear Italy,

A European country with a long Mediterranean coastline, has left a powerful mark on Western culture and cuisine. Its capital, Rome, is home to the Vatican as well as landmark art and ancient ruins. Other major cities include Florence, with Renaissance masterpieces such as Michelangelo’s "David" and Brunelleschi's Duomo; Venice, the city of canals; and Milan, Italy’s fashion capital.

The 'Dear..." series is a collection of imagery forged together to create a story and a feeling from what was felt while travelling to these areas.

I spent around 7 days in Italy during the first few days of March 2019.

This is a super cool video! Really depicts the details of Italy that make it such a unique place... I really really want to go back to Rome, to sit on a warm summer evening on some random stone with view on the Colosseum...

We have been to Italy once (Verona), but this video reminds me that we should definitely go back some day and do some more exploring... Awesome video! New friends and fellow travelers :-)
