That follow up for Goentize was really needed outside the corner.

The buffs to Kim and K' are a throwback to Kof XIII, for the former that's a buff for combos meaning more utility in neutral as well for Hangetsuzan, for the latter, EX Chain Drive's usage in 4-5 bar combos will increase and it allows for more cool and high damage combos and now the ability for air minute spike to connect afterwards means maximum possible damage.
