I think they are beautiful. They're such big birds too when seen up close and I love their husky voices

Beautiful bird, Paul.  I certainly would notice it. I love all pigeons, even the common domesticated homing pigeon and the common city pigeon mongrel. As a teenager, my brothers and I raised and raced homing pigeons.  They are remarkable birds.  Thanks for uploading.   ATB .... ken
