I ran this effectively in my MUT weekend league. If you crash the line down and blitz your left of screen LB you can get good heat on just about any play. I've found a way to slow down the run enough most of the time to force my opponents to pass. I ended up at Gold 1 on the leaderboard and my team is only 83 overall.
