Asus zmpm1 ku matikan daya terus klik tombol power+volume bawah+volume atas bersamaan langsung mati total, 2 hari baru nyala, setelah nyala ku matikan lagi terus klik power sama volume+ volume-

Bro I've been using my asus zenfone max pro m1 for 4 years now and last week when I uninstalled Facebook and Instagram the screen went blank so I rebooted and now its stuck in the brand logo and says (Phone Keeps Stopping).
Yes I can buy a new Device but it's not bout replacing but it's bout the data, important documents and photos that I need. It's not backed up to my G drive since I kept it off.
Can I retrieve it without having to hard reset cuz it will erase everything and there's no profit in it for me.
