We need to use this method with adults! If we tell adults that they have a “broken brain”, or a “chemical imbalance”, they believe that they are damaged goods. If we approach it like this, it is a challenge to overcome and offers opportunity for growth and change!

It makes such good intuitive sense, is very clear with logical steps and therefore relatively easy to replicate.
