The most informative video by far. All the other people say "they're all good just pick what you want." This guy gets to the point and gives us the truth.

your videos from product reviews to OBS tutorials are the best I have seen and the easiest to understand as someone just learning about this stuff - Thank you for your hard work

I use the Logitech Brio Camera often. You can connect it to a stand or tripod. All you have to do is take off the monitor clip from the bottom of the camera. The Logitech camera has been around for some time and the features are well documented. Please consider looking at the products a bit closer when offering a review like this as I use the Brio as an overhead camera without any issues. But thanks for the overall review as this has made me look into the Razor camera as a secondary option.

I used that eMeet and the Brio. For the Brio, I've had to get one replaced as the first stopped talking to the computer, and now my second is having a blurry feed. eMeet was always nice as a side camera, but if your lighting changes at all, the camera struggled. You can pull off the stand to get it to show the connection, it shows that in the box

Razer's cam has no business being that good for a webcam, it absolutely blew all the other webcams away for way less than the 1080p pro camera (particularly once you factor in all the kit needed to use it)

I had the Logitech c270 for a LONG time and over all I was really happy with it. I didn't care for something like super high end at the time but it was able to look great for the price. I still think it holds up now for someone who is starting out and can upgrade later down the road.

Very detailed and very well explained! All aspects of a viewers mind is put together and elaborated in a perfect way. I don’t think I’ve seen a better explained video in all my 28 years of life. Job well done. Best wishes to you

The ZV-E 10 had a lot of AI processing enabled and didn't look very nice. Tweaking with it's settings would actually show how powerful it is. I have the a6000 and got a cheap $20 capture card and it looks amazing, similar to what he showed in the video.

You can pull the stand off the brio. There's a standard mounting hole on the bottom

The brio can be attached to a tripod just pop off the monitor mount (it doesn't unscrew just pull it)

The Brio does have a screw mount, the stock mount is pressure fit into the threaded hole. You have to pop off the mount to access the threads.

Hard to follow which cameras are which.. I would suggest next video like this, Always have text-overlay with Name+Price to showcase which video cam we are currently watching. As it's not always clear from audio.

This was a great video. Probably the best I've seen on the subject, but reading through the comments, I feel the need to give my 2 cents. I have the Kijo Pro and Facecam Pro, along with a ton of other webcams, a mirrorless, a DSLR, and a camcorder that I've used for streaming. I too was impressed with the Kijo out of the box. Razer is really good about having their products configured very well from the factory. It doesn't hold a candle to the Facecam once it's fully dialed in though. That's where the Facecam's real magic lies. With the exposure, iso, white-balance, focus, etc all set manually, I would choose the Facecam Pro over the Kijo Pro almost always, at least for my use cases. And it does matter exactly how you'll be using them, your setting, and how technical you want to get in setting them up.
The one area where the Facecam is arguably inferior to the Kijo is the saturation of background lighting in extreme situations. It tends to over saturate a bit, but only when I have bright colored lights in the background and only with certain colors. When the background is a bit dimmer or less colorful, it looks more true to life. And honestly, I kind of like how it looks over saturated. It's more how I wish my lighting looked.
I use a green screen most of the time now though, so background lighting isn't a concern at all. For this purpose, I think my Facecam Pro is my best looking camera I have hands down. It looks better than my "real cameras" when all I have to do is record my face. That 4k level of detail is really insane. It has a very wide FoV, so I use it cropped in a lot and it still looks fantastic.

The Brio 4K Stream Edition can also be put on a camera stand. Unfortunately, I didn't find this out until very late, but you can (it's best to watch a YouTube tutorial on this) remove the stand that is mounted on the camera to attach it to a laptop or monitor. Exactly where the (I'll call it "traced square") is, the screw connection that you need to screw on a camera stand will appear.

I tried it that way, but unfortunately my camera was already broken because I tried a thousand different ways to somehow set the thing up without a mount and it got damaged in the process. The charging socket (yes, I know it's not a charging socket, but that's where you plug the plug in) broke.

Then I wanted to repair it and only saw in a tutorial that this screw connection for the camera holder actually exists - very annoying.

I haven't seen an unboxing video explaining this yet because it feels a bit risky to take the thing off. At least it feels that way. When you do it, you'll understand what I mean.

3:42 incorrect, the Logitech brio can be used with a tripod. The screw hole is under the foldable base. It pops off.

What. Logitech Brio has tripod mount, you just need to unmount existing mount. It even says so in the tech spec and datasheet: Mounting Options Removable clip; 1/4” thread for tripod mounting.

Brio can be screwed onto the stand. its just under the monitor mount, you can twist it off. It is screwed in with some sort of plastic (:

Insta 360 link webcam would also be a nice option for a webcam.

Rolling with EpocCam on my iPhone 12 at the moment and besides some occasional lag it's been pretty great!
