Thanks for the video clarifying that the center pole should not be extended all the way. I do think that should be noted/updated in the paper instructions which just says to extend each arm fully and doesn't make any specific mention of the center pole. Nevertheless, excited to use it!

good demo video, realy understood how it works, and by the way the crease on the cloth is just like a sail on a boat, too much tension in either end causes creasing, just how the physics of it works.

I have this product and like it. Sometimes 5' width is a little too narrow and requires photoshop extra fill. So, I am hesitating to buy xdrop pro but I am afraid of the new 8' height. 7' height is genarlly enough and already hard to accomodate in rooms but 8' is quite high. Can we reduce a little bit xdrop pro height without creating lot of folds and wrinkles ?

So there is a center pole and 2 side poles for the top? How can we tell the difference?

Joel Grimes recently designed & produced his own fantastic Signature canvas backdrops to fit the Westcott X-Drop similar to the Glyn Dewis backdrops that you guys have. However I don't think Joel Grimes is producing his anymore. I know you guys work closely with Joel, is there any chance you guys can liaise with Joel & produce his Signature backdrops for him ? That would be great if you could get together with Joel & continue to make them available as they are great designs/textures & a fantastic product that suits the X-drop system perfectly !!
