I wanted to let you know & erone else that shops at wags  about what has happened to me last wk.i do a lot of online shopping and just happened to see where I can look up past purchases and I made calls about being charged for shipping and was told I got pts back but when I looked to see, they lied to me.4 diff csr's in 3 wks.thats alot!so as you could imagine im very very upset.i don't want them to get away with this with anyone else any longer.please help the newbies and older people like me who don't know alot how to work the wags site where we can see past purchases and see where we get our pts and to make sure we check ertime we call and if they have same thing happen to them we should ban together some how and show wags we r their backbone.social media is powerful and you big time tubers can make a diff.thats why Im comin to running, myownidenty, 2brytesaves and you. I hope u all do a vid refreshing og's and newbies on this please & ty.i know you'd have a fit if that happened to you.im taking down all their names and going to complain to corp.not that they care bout us only their $$$$.I can only do online shopping cuz I don't drive and im high risk for covid:(shipping has been messed up for couple months now maybe longer that's when I found how to look up what I did.wonder how much they really owe me:( has this happened to anyone else?
