Day 2 in O‘ahu

We were suppose to go scuba diving but the conditions weren't good so it got canceled.
Instead we walked down to the beach to play in the waves for a bit.

We then said bye to the Duke statue as we headed back to the Pacific Monarch Hotel A Waikiki Beach Hotel and decided to
check out their pool too.

They have a lovely scenic rooftop pool with a Monarch Buttery in the tile work complete with a sauna room.
Day 2 Timeline

After all that fun in the water and checking out the Sauna room, it was time to clean up and get some food.

We went downstairs just a couple feet away and checked out the

Blue Ocean Seafood & Steak

and decided to eat it back at the rooftop of our hotel. The place has plenty of seating overlooking the landscape
of Waikiki.

We only shared the entre so we have space to sample other food in the area. Just a 2 minute walk across the street
we tried

We got the Signature Poi dog and has a nice savory yet sweet flavor, defiantly worth a try.

Afterwards we went for a walk to get a car rental for the day.

We drove over to Disney's resort Aulani, a 40 min drive from Waikiki

a quick 10 min drive from Aliinui

The thing that's special about every costco is you can probably find something different depending upon the location.
Here in Hawaii there seems to always be a variety of Macadamia nut options for souvenirs or to eat here.
Also a nice assortment of Sarongs and Hawaiian shirts.

After looking at all that food we realized we're hungry and fortunately this place we found closes late so onto

We had a great meal and drove back home only to realize we wanted some dessert and took our chances to see
if McDonalds had any pie left before closing.
