3:41 - I disagree with your term. I'd call that "stacking rewards". When it comes to "stacking tasks", I refer it to mean getting 3 of the same task if possible. For instance, the recent "evolve an inklay" task for an inklay spawn reward. Those guys cost 50 candy per evolve, so stacking three of those tasks completes all of them with one evolution. There are a few tasks that pop up occasionally (e.g. "power up a pokemon x times" and "purify a shadow pokemon") that can get costly when completed individually, but could be worth it if you were to complete 3 simultaneously.

Everyone remember on Murkrow spotlight hour, make Pancham your buddy to complete evolution requirement. Also make Yamask your buddy before preforming a raid! Hope this helps.

Oh I didn't know that tasks were set per pokestop. I thought it was just a random task each time. I kept spinning pokestops to get a new task without realising it was the same one over and over again 🤦

The last time I used my Raid passes for a Mega Raid was last year when Mega Gengar was released. All my other Mega Energy I got from Field Ressearch tasks.
If one Day they release Ampharos Mega Energy as a ressearch task, I will have earned enough Mega Energy for each Mega Evolution currently in the game.
My favourite Quests were the AR tasks in the Holiday Event last year, where you earned 80 Abomasnow Energy. Hopefully It comes back this year too.

One of the huge benefits to stacking research is to keep certain encounters for specific events. Right now there is the "hatch 2 eggs" event task that rewards Audino. Audino has a base catch stardust amount of 2100... that's alot. So, try and find and complete as many of those tasks as possible but DO NOT CATCH audino until Duskull Comm day starts in your time zone. Why? Because Duskull CDs bonus is triple catch stardust, so that 2100 turns into 6300 per Audino!! Or 9450 with a star piece active!! Definitely worth it to stack any of those tasks along with any second or third stage evolutions or anything that rewards a boosted dust pokemon (meowth, Paras, sableye, trubbish, combee, etc etc).

You can delete AR Mapping Tasks and try again if you don't like the reward. I usually delete and re-spin until I get the Poffin.

another tip is when you stack tasks and want to work on ur daily stamp every time it resets to put in a new one you gotta do every single stack task you have till its empty then use a new one tats not in ur stack task to put in your stamp
