Story about treason, cheating on with somebody is really cautiuous for all of us. Lewis could have at least waited for Mary's leaving from hotel. But passion, enchanting shove the traitor to the fire with all power. It cannot be stopped. If Lewis had controlled his emotions he would have eluded of these temptations by far. For all I know he should rescue his marriage by all means by begging, crying, vowing to be loyal hereafter.
